Cherry Street Clever Ruse
Following in our New England IPA footsteps, this batch uses malted oats and wheat instead of flaked oats and wheat. We decided to take a step in a different direction to see how different flaked vs malted grain would influence mouthfeel and flavor. What do you think? We used Sabro, Pekko, and Idaho Gem hops for hints of coconut, tropical, and citrus flavors.
