The dream child of an Orange Julius and a Dreamsicle, Just Squeezed is our Orange forward DIPA. Brewed with our favorite oat and wheat base and pummeled with Citra, Idaho 7, Lotus, Krush and Waimea. Super soft, dense mouthfeel with indisputable notes of Freshly Squeezed Oranges, Flamed Orange Twists, Vanilla Caviar infused Fanta.

The grapes for the Flume Crossing Sauvignon Blanc are grown in the well-drained, sandy, cobblestone soils deposited by the Arroyo Seco River over the centuries. These rugged soils keep yields in check and produce fruit with varietal intensity, minerality, and exceptional weight. Flume Crossing is crafted to be an expression of pure varietal character, influenced only by its terroir and gently guided by minimal, sustainable farming and winemaking practices

Up From Below is a 2X NEIPA featuring New Zealand hops Nelson Sauvin and Motueka and Meadowfoam Honey. The nose has citrus aromas of grapefruit and lemon-lime zest. The palate bursts with flavors of tangerine and gooseberries, while the Meadowfoam Honey imparts notes of lightly toasted marshmallows and vanilla. 

What’s round and royal? The Plump King, a mellow but robust take on a pumpkin beer. This Bourbon Barrel-aged Stout is rested on those pumpkin spices we love - nutmeg, cinnamon, clove and ginger - and balanced out with coffee. The result is a husky but not heavy 12% ABV sipper that is basically a pumpkin spice latte in beer form.

An honor to the Presidential Georgian, Jimmy Carter. One of Jimmy Carter's legacies was National Good Neighbor Day. We have brewed this beer in the spirit of being a great neighbor and honoring this well loved Georgian that also legalized homebrewing. The name comes from a Jimmy Carter quote, "We have become not a melting pot but a beautiful mosaic. Different people, different beliefs, different yearnings, different hopes, different dreams." Naturally, we are showcasing the mosaic hop. 

Flannel Jammies is a cozy, seasonal Oatmeal Stout made with the perfect balance of chocolate malt, caramel malt, and flacked oats. Best Served with good company and a warm fire.

When the little animals in Fairyland hibernate, the Achouffe gnomes love to gather in their cottage. By the gentle firelight, they spend long evenings telling the best Ardennes stories while enjoying a delicious N’Ice CHOUFFE. Smooth and strong, with spicy notes of thyme and Curacao, this dark beer warms both hearts and atmospheres, making even the coldest winters joyful. 

Our series of fruited American Sour Ales come from a love of fresh fruit flavors combined with mouth-watering acidity. We take the same golden sour base beer and referment it with different fruit combinations. Cherry and pineapple, while distinctive, are what cocktails and dreams are made of. Explosive fruit notes erupt from the glass, and one is left with a quenched thirst, yet thirsty for more.

Sour Ale w/ Cherry, Cranberry, & Cinnamon

Bright shiny rose in color. Fantastic fresh floral notes fill the glass; the Crispin aromas especially stand out with fine hints of yeast. The mouth-feel is pure and clean, with a nice balance of sweet fruit, elegant acidity and fine tannins that provide a long and pleasant finish. There is a nice CO2 mousse, making it very pleasant and playful.

Double Koko Buni is an 8.7% ABV Imperial Milk Porter made with toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, coffee, vanilla, and lactose. Rich, velvety, and balanced, Double Koko Buni is a spin on our seasonal Milk Porter Koko Buni and a truly decadent experience. We sourced the coffee beans locally from 1000 Faces Coffee, and the cocoa nibs came from Etherial Confections in Woodstock, IL & Condor Chocolates here in Athens.

Our interpretation of this classic English-style ale. Toasty, robust and with a bit of chocolate maltiness and biscuity flavors.

Mochaccino is an 8% strong brown ale with loads of pastry-style goodness, mimicing a mocha coffee drink to reel in the fall season. 

Chateau de Bonhoste is a winery in Bordeaux, France, known for its Bordeaux Superieur Rouge. This red wine is typically a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc, offering a medium to full-bodied experience with dark fruit, earthy, and sometimes herbaceous notes. It's known for its good structure, balanced tannins, and versatility in food pairings.

Ommegang house made pumpkin spice - Brun Foncé (Soft brown candi

Medium acidity and tannins provide a glowing canvas for concentrated red fruits, decadent vanilla and lively baking spices.

Blueberry LMN ADE is a sour ale fermented with blueberry puree, lemon puree, vanilla and milk sugar.

A black currant, pink guava, and Mediterranean sea salt sour ale.

Doomed by a love of pitch-black Porters and our Allagash House Beer, we summoned the recipe for Haunted House. Roasted Barley and Blackprinz malt curse this beer with a gravely dark hue. Hopped with Tettnang, Chinook, and Saaz hops, this beer ends with a ghost of coffee-flavored bitterness and hauntingly complex malty palate.

Since April 1991, the Köstritzer black beer brewery, a subsidiary of the Bitburger brewery, has emerged as of one of the most modern breweries in Thuringia. In September 1993, it was with great pride we (re-) introduced the "original Köstritzer black beer".

This is a candy lover's dream. This decadent double mash imperial milk stout has been aged in bourbon barrels (supplied by our friends and neighbors at ASW Distillery). We then conditioned it on a mountain of chocolate and peanut butter. Ugandan vanilla beans round out the flavor.

A German-style Marzen, this lager boasts a robust malt bill with notes of toasted Bavarian pretzel and biscuits. To nail the essence of Oktoberfest, we used two noble German hops: Tettnang and Hallertau. The complementing German malt bill features Pilsner, Vienna, Munich, and Caramunich. The result is a subtle hop bitterness that’s clean and balanced on the palate. Lederhosen and dirndls are highly encouraged, though not required for consumption.

Classic white Bordeaux blend of Semillion, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscadelle. Dry and crisp, this wine is mineral driven with notes of stonefruit and tropical fruits like pineapple; you'll notice some floral aromas as well. Bonhoste Blanc is an exceptional aperitif and complement to light dishes and seafood.

CBS was born when we stumbled upon some bourbon barrels that had previously housed maple syrup. We opted to put the same base beer as KBS, an imperialized version of Breakfast Stout, in the maple barrels and, after one taste, we knew we had something special. Rich maple syrup, roasted coffee and velvety chocolate meld together in what can only be described as a transcendental drinking experience.

Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

The start of Celebration season is a festive event. First brewed in 1981, Celebration Ale is one of the earliest examples of an American-style IPA and one of the few hop-forward holiday beers. Famous for its intense citrus and pine aromas, Celebration is bold and intense, featuring Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops—honoring everything we have at Sierra Nevada.

Light in body, heavy in character, this IPA features Munich and Crystal pale malts with Comet, Equinox and Mosaic hops. 5.8% ABV 58 IBU

Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

This lovely gewurtztraminer from California has a unique flavor profile. It is off dry and expect notes of flowers, stone fruit, and peaches. Very refreshing!

If you like your reds on the riper, jammier, rounder and softer side, this Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah blend is going to make you happy. It explodes out of the glass with aromas of dark cherry preserves, warm plum, baking spices and mellow herb.

On the palate, it’s full-bodied and fruit-forward, with ripe and fine tannin and just enough acidity to keep you coming back for sip after sip. I’d score this one in the 89-92 point range — it’s not overly complex, but it is seriously enjoyable.

Boasting only 9% ABV and zero sugar, this is a clean, lighthearted, ""better-for-you"" wine with aromas of grapefruit and papaya. White pear, wet rock, and honeysuckle add character.""

Crisp and clean, our low oak Chardonnay showcases an aromatic musque, resulting in aromas and flavors of apple, white pear and a slight touch of tropical fruits, accented by aromas of honeysuckle

This wine is an on-premise alternative to the regular Dr. L bottling. It is produced in the slightly off-dry “feinherb” style, making it extremely versatile with a broad range of foods. It is a bright, vibrant, fruit-driven wine made with grapes from contracted growers throughout the Mosel River valley who work very closely with brothers Ernst and Thomas Loosen to achieve excellent quality and superb concentration in every vintage.

Aromas of passion fruit, accompanied by gentle white pepper complete its cheerful bouquet. Confirmed on the palate by a silky wine with very delicate tannins, along with mango and crunchy plum notes.

Get ready to groove with the goodness of sweet peach, bold blackberry, and mellow apple. It's all peach and love at this party.

This beer is an "easy-drinking" IPA similar to Northeastern or East Coast styles in malt balance, haze and hop aromas. The juicy hop blend creates grapefruit, melon, strawberry and passion fruit aromas to give the beer a soft bitterness.

Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour.
