Our latest Double IPA is a collaboration with our good friends at @jesterkingbrewery. For those who aren’t familiar, their brewery is nestled on a ranch outside of Austin, Texas, where you can sip craft beer and take a stroll through a goat pen that is home to a herd of 75 Nigerian Dwarf goats. Inspired by these spirited little creatures, we proudly present Goats in the Machine! Together we brainstormed a new form of Ghost, using new hop products Maui Nelson and Motueka Hop Kief from New Zealand. This tropical aroma exclamation point is added to an already saturated dry hop of Cryo Citra and Nectaron 

Who Cooks For You is Jackie O’s first packaged hazy pale ale. Brewed and double dry hopped with over 3 lbs per barrel of both Cryo hop powder and hop pellets that were hand selected in Yakima, WA. This little number is full of bright aromas and flavors of mango, watermelon, and lemon. A subtle sweetness and soft bitterness will round out this fruit forward, low ABV creation. Named after the unmistakable Appalachian Barred Owl call, Who Cooks For You!

Taak being "thanks" in Norwegian, we are saying thank you to raspberries with this beautiful raspberry ale. Raspberries drive the flavor and are complimented by a fruity Norwegian yeast.

Dear Queenstown is a 5.9% ABV Pale Ale brewed with New Zealand hops, Nelson Sauvin and Pacific Sunrise. This Pale Ale is easy-drinking with tropical, citrus, and floral notes.

Brewed in old-world Weissbier tradition. Hazy and deep-glowing orange with a soft, pillowy, and cloud-like head. Delicate aromas of cinnamon and clove baked into fresh bread, supported by a nuanced influence of banana.

Ada Lovelace is regarded as the first to recognize the full potential of computers and thereby one of the first computer programmers. We pay homage to her 'poetical science' with this discerning pilsner. The true intuition and image: beautifully herbaceous hops we source from the Hallertau region of Bavaria; an imaginative carbonation and a pragmatic finish.

Our award-winning Dry Chenin Blanc is a source of pride for Dry Creek Vineyard, but we must give credit where credit is due. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, Dry Creek Vineyard extends praise to our original source of inspiration in the small French village of Vouvray in the Loire Valley. It was in Vouvray, that our love affair with Chenin Blanc began.

To enter Ukiyo is to enter the floating world detached from the cares and concerns of life. This Japanese inspired rice lager was created for such an experience. Light and crisp in character, the unique addition of jasmine tea produces sweet floral notes and a fresh, pleasurable finish.

Blueberry LMN ADE is a sour ale fermented with blueberry puree, lemon puree, vanilla and milk sugar.

A kaleidoscopic arrangement of Citra, every sip of this HDHC 2X New England IPA reveals a new reality more complex than the last. When you find yourself lost in a maze of juicy citrus, don’t overthink it: Be Easy. An OG from the Hop Hut, Be Easy returns in High Density Hop Charge format, featuring: hand selected Citra T-90, hand-selected Citra Cryo, and Citra Incognito and Spectrum. With the equivalent of 7.5 pounds of Citra T-90 pellets per barrel in this brew. Orange Pixie Stix meet fresh-squeezed pomelos in this daring 8.5% ABV NEIPA.

The tectonic plates have shifted, letting forth an eruption of gushing blackberries and blueberries. Each burst filled with milk sugar & vanilla for creamsicle smoothness. A freshly canned sour ale with explosively delicious flavor.

Since April 1991, the Köstritzer black beer brewery, a subsidiary of the Bitburger brewery, has emerged as of one of the most modern breweries in Thuringia. In September 1993, it was with great pride we (re-) introduced the "original Köstritzer black beer".

Session porter we brewed with Switch Coffee for our friends at Sybergs with Switch coffee, a local coffee company here in STL. Notes of toffee, chocolate and roasted nuts.

Our most popular brew! A tasty West Coast style Extra Pale Ale accentuated with a stimulating hop character. First conceived in our bat cave on 4/20, this kind of beer keeps the wheels on the bus going round and round!

Pours silky black with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet with strong chocolate and caramel malt presence. No absence of hops gives Founders’ robust porter the full flavor you deserve and expect. Cozy like velvet. It’s a lover, not a fighter.

Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

Summer forward sour ale with raspberry, pineapple and orange.

A fruity-fresh sweetness and hints of mature bananas harmonise with delicious flavours of roasted malt, sparkling and full-bodied with a light caramel taste on the first sip. 5.3% ABV

This juicy IPA was developed in our “underground” basement brewery. Shh…don’t ask about what was happening in the basement, but the beer flows out of the tap a deep persimmon with fluffy khaki foam. The only dank aroma emanating from this basement is one of earthy tones, juicy citrus and a hint of lemongrass all derived from Citra hops. Basement IPA is balanced with a nice malty body that creates a sweet finish and developed hop notes in every sip. There is a hint of alcohol heat on the way down for this hop forward Northeast style IPA. Beer geeks rejoice but you have to leave your parent’s basement because for now Basement IPA is only at your local establishment.

Light in body, heavy in character, this IPA features Munich and Crystal pale malts with Comet, Equinox and Mosaic hops. 5.8% ABV 58 IBU

Medium to light ruby red. A little tight to start on the nose with some cinnamon, red berries, a little floral and a touch savory. Moderate tannins and medium bodied.

Sour Ale with Watermelon & Cucumber Juice & Hibiscus Flowers

The classic oud bruin style from Belgium is a unique beer with amazing depth and chatacter. After carefully aging in one of our foeders, we paired beautiful whole cherries from Michigan to accentuate the unique notes of the style. The results make this beer taste like a cherry wine! We made a very limited amount, so keep your eyes peeled on our web and social media to make sure you don't miss it.

Semi sweet cider that pours a vibrant purple. Blueberry takes the lead while a sweet pineapple lingers on the palate. Very approachable and crushable at the same time!

Truck Stop Honey is a medium bodied English brown ale brewed with Alabama Wildflower Honey, roasted malts and fresh hops. The balance of sweet wildflower honey and earthy hop aromas come through in every batch. Whether preparing a delicious meal or sitting fireside, Truck Stop Honey will always keep the good times rolling!

Pastry Stout

The 2022 growing season began with a dry winter and mild spring with limited rainfall, followed by ideal weather conditions through early summer.  A heat wave began in late August that resulted in an accelerated harvest and below average crop sizes, yielding smaller berries with concentrated flavors. Overall, the 2022 vintage produced high quality wines with excellent concentration and flavor complexity.

This strong golden ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with suggestions of banana and honey in the complex palate. The Tripel has a remarkably long and smooth finish.

Wisconsin honey, vanilla, and aromatic botanicals come together in this fire-brewed root beer.

It is bright and bold, and perfect for those summer nights by the pool. And it is fermented via carbonic maceration, making the bring fruit dance just a bit more. Tasting notes include flavors of Fresh cranberry, Montmorency cherries, strawberry jello shooter and watermelon bubbalicious... All the fruit.

Aromas of passion fruit, accompanied by gentle white pepper complete its cheerful bouquet. Confirmed on the palate by a silky wine with very delicate tannins, along with mango and crunchy plum notes.

Get ready to groove with the goodness of sweet peach, bold blackberry, and mellow apple. It's all peach and love at this party.

Rotating flavor of local kombucha!

This beer is an "easy-drinking" IPA similar to Northeastern or East Coast styles in malt balance, haze and hop aromas. The juicy hop blend creates grapefruit, melon, strawberry and passion fruit aromas to give the beer a soft bitterness. 

This is the 3rd vintage we’ve stocked from winemaker Andrew Jones. His Wonderwall Pinot Noir offers great value, using fruit from well-placed vineyards along the Pacific Coast. Telltale flavors of red cherry, black tea and cola permeate the palate. Jammy, yet light on its feet, food pairing possibilities are endless. Coq Au Vin or Chicken Marbella would be nice!
