Infinite Gest is a restoration of Elsewhere Brewing’s beloved Gest Czech Dark Lager, because some beer should live on forever. Brewed with a selected blend of Ireks malts, Saaz hops, and a traditional decoction method, Infinite Gest is beautifully balanced and effortlessly complex. The rich, dark body is built on a mildly roasted backbone that goes down easy, too easy. We’re proud to collaborate with Elsewhere to bring back this timeless classic.

Silver Raven Cabernet offers concentrated flavors of black cherry, currant, and blackberry accented by vanilla and cedar on a medium body with round tannins. The fruit hails from a single vineyard, the Wallula vineyard, and half of the wine aged in oak barrels. This example is more red-fruited than most Washington Cabernet Sauvignons, but nonetheless is super tasty and impressively accessible. 

Loaded with tangerine, vanilla and lactose, Cream Weaver is a tart liquid expression of the classic orange creamsicle.

An electrifying unfiltered DIPA packed to the brim with classic and dank hops. We pieced together this monster with Cascade, CTZ, Chinook, Centennial, and Simcoe giving you big citrus, big pine, and all the dankness you could ask for.

Our interpretation of this classic English-style ale. Toasty, robust and with a bit of chocolate maltiness and biscuity flavors.

In collaboration with Halfway Crooks, we present our honest interpretation of a 10* Czech pale lager, or výčepní, the most common lager drank in the Czech Republic. Featuring Czech malts, hops, and brewing techniques, this beer has a nice light body with assertive hop flavors and supreme balance for maximum drinkability.

 

Sour Ale with Lime Puree, Kiwi Syrup, White Chocolate & Vanilla

Smoothie-Style sour with Pineapple, Mango, Guava, Lychee & Pear.

This wine offers Pinot Noir fans aromas and flavors of very ripe black cherries, blackberries, and plums. Vanilla, butter and spiced oak round out the full-bodied palate. The lingering finish is soft and smooth.

Medium acidity and tannins provide a glowing canvas for concentrated red fruits, decadent vanilla and lively baking spices.

Blueberry LMN ADE is a sour ale fermented with blueberry puree, lemon puree, vanilla and milk sugar.

Every year, 150 people meet their end beneath a falling coconut, but you’re in luck – this isn’t one of those coconuts. This Death By Coconut is a semi-sweet porter made from loads of our dark chocolate and extra dark caramel malt and packed with fresh coconut flavor. Some might say this beer has been loved to death, but love is just an economy of scarcity. Luckily for you, another batch of DBC has just DROPPED. Pass. Dash. Hit.

Magical natural process beans from the Konga region of Ethiopia lead the way in this intense coffee stout. This rare variety of coffee leads to aromas of sweet roastiness and blueberry pie flavors. Lactose, or milk sugar, is added along with oats for a silky medium body and a lush finish. Red bull and vodka done the long way. For old men, not teenagers.

Doomed by a love of pitch-black Porters and our Allagash House Beer, we summoned the recipe for Haunted House. Roasted Barley and Blackprinz malt curse this beer with a gravely dark hue. Hopped with Tettnang, Chinook, and Saaz hops, this beer ends with a ghost of coffee-flavored bitterness and hauntingly complex malty palate.

Since April 1991, the Köstritzer black beer brewery, a subsidiary of the Bitburger brewery, has emerged as of one of the most modern breweries in Thuringia. In September 1993, it was with great pride we (re-) introduced the "original Köstritzer black beer".

An amber beer style that was developed over 200 years ago to celebrate the original Oktoberfest. The Märzen name comes from “March beer” because it was historically brewed in March to be at peak flavor for the Oktoberfest celebration. Today this style is available year-round in the US due to popular demand.

A light, crisp crusher that is a touch sweet at the start and and finishes smooth. Pilsner and Munich malts work with Saphir and Saaz hops. Pair this one with with sushi and burgers. Oh yeah, and TACOS.

Gulden Draak has been breathing fire at the Van Steenberge brewery since 1986. This characterful, fiery beer was originally commissioned by the Cruyl brewery in Assenede. At the time, it was a festive beer brewed just once a year for the Assenede fanfare. Gulden Draak originated when Jozef Van Steenberge received one of his Italian customers back in 1986. The Italian visitor could feel the fire and insisted on buying the beer. At first, Jozef refused because he felt that the beer was too strong, but then he agreed on the condition that an order of 100 hectolitres was placed. At the time, it was a large amount that guaranteed an entire week of production. A beer with character also deserves a bottle with character, a unique white bottle, they decided together. The name ‘Gulden Draak’ refers to the gilded dragon statue at the top of the Ghent Belfry. Legend has it that the dragon graced the bow of the ship used by Norwegian Sigurd Magnusson on his crusade in 1111. The statue still stands guard on top of the Ghent Belfry today as a symbol for the city's freedom and power.

A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes our yellow bright lager, “Original”, a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine pored, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

If you thought our Oktoberfest already tasted like Fall, have we got an Autumnal upgrade for you. We took our traditional Märzen and aged it on toasted oak spirals for a month. After a nice long soak, the oak introduces vanilla, roasted nut, and honey flavors to the Oktoberfest. Think of this beer as a full fistful of Fall for your face.

A HUGE Imperial Stout that weighs in at an impressive 12% ABV! As if that's not enough, we added pounds of coffee for a little extra kick.

Grape Fizz Ale hits you with a pop of grape candy aroma that transports you to back in the day. This 5% ABV beer balances light tartness with sweet Concord grape juice for a crisp, crushable, effervescent finish.

Milk Stout with Peanut Caramel Nougat Chocolate Bars & Milk Sugar

Allagash White delicately balances full flavor with a crisp, refreshing taste and subtle hints of spice. Naturally cloudy, bottled with yeast.

Medium to light ruby red. A little tight to start on the nose with some cinnamon, red berries, a little floral and a touch savory. Moderate tannins and medium bodied.

This lovely gewurtztraminer from California has a unique flavor profile. It is off dry and expect notes of flowers, stone fruit, and peaches. Very refreshing!

Boasting only 9% ABV and zero sugar, this is a clean, lighthearted, ""better-for-you"" wine with aromas of grapefruit and papaya. White pear, wet rock, and honeysuckle add character.""

Because it is not relegated to a single county or growing region, we are given the opportunity to source from the best Pinot Noir regions throughout the state. From the warmer regions of the Central Coast, to the foggy cool valleys of our Northern Coast, each individual lot promotes the intense berry and spice flavors quintessential to Pinot Noir.

This strong golden ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with suggestions of banana and honey in the complex palate. The Tripel has a remarkably long and smooth finish.

This beer is an "easy-drinking" IPA similar to Northeastern or East Coast styles in malt balance, haze and hop aromas. The juicy hop blend creates grapefruit, melon, strawberry and passion fruit aromas to give the beer a soft bitterness.
