Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the northeast corner of Italy, is home to great aromatic whites. The light, gravely soil of the western part of Friuli is perfect for producing light, aromatic, crisp white wines. This white blend of Friulano and Chardonnay is the perfect crisp, lightweight Italian white.

Pastry Stout

Medium to light ruby red. A little tight to start on the nose with some cinnamon, red berries, a little floral and a touch savory. Moderate tannins and medium bodied. 

The 2022 growing season began with a dry winter and mild spring with limited rainfall, followed by ideal weather conditions through early summer.  A heat wave began in late August that resulted in an accelerated harvest and below average crop sizes, yielding smaller berries with concentrated flavors. Overall, the 2022 vintage produced high quality wines with excellent concentration and flavor complexity.

This strong golden ale is marked by passion fruit and herbal notes in the aroma, with suggestions of banana and honey in the complex palate. The Tripel has a remarkably long and smooth finish.

Pillowy. Soft foam. Light as air but with great structure. Did a new Air Max shoe just drop? No, it’s Ale Max 95, a Max IPA from Monday Night Brewing. Hazy and pale to the eye, aromas of passionfruit and wheatgrass soar from this 5.991% ABV IPA. Tangerine peel, blueberry notes and pleasing cedar notes are supplied by Galaxy, Motueka, Sabro, Citra and Mosaic hops. Too nice to keep in a box. 

Packed with hop flavor and aroma, we double dry hop this beer with equal parts of Mosaic, Citra and Azacca.

Our “East Coast” version of a West Coast-style IPA. Intense hop flavors and aromas of tropical and citrus fruits and pine dominate. A subtle malt sweetness brings the beer into balance.

Pometheus comes from our sour asylum series and is made with pomegranate, blueberry, and a touch of lactose. Known to ancient traders as the “fruit of paradise”, the sacred pomegranate’s tartness with blueberry sweetness is a delectable delight.

Grape Fizz Ale hits you with a pop of grape candy aroma that transports you to back in the day. This 5% ABV beer balances light tartness with sweet Concord grape juice for a crisp, crushable, effervescent finish.

Subtle aromas of baked earth and pomegranate are very shy on the nose of this bottling. A slightly tart red-currant flavors pops on the sip, along with a touch of cinnamon.

Duchesse de Bourgogne from Brouwerij Verhaeghe is the traditional Flemish red ale. This refreshing ale is matured in oak casks; smooth with a rich texture and interplay of passion fruit, and chocolate, and a long, dry and acidic finish. After the first and secondary fermentation, the beer goes for maturation into the oak barrels for 18 months. The final product is a blend of younger 8 months old beer with 18 months old beer. The average age of the Duchesse de Bourgogne before being bottled is 12 months.

Raspberry lambic was once a rarity and only produced for a few weeks during the summer. Frank Boon was the first brewer to again prepare a raspberry lambic in the summer of 1976. More than 300 grams per litre of fresh raspberries give Framboise Boon a fresh fruity taste. The young lambic supports the flavour. But this is very much about raspberries, not the lambic. Of course we do not use artificial flavourings, only real raspberries.

Our gose with raspberries & lemon zest.

This beer is an "easy-drinking" IPA similar to Northeastern or East Coast styles in malt balance, haze and hop aromas. The juicy hop blend creates grapefruit, melon, strawberry and passion fruit aromas to give the beer a soft bitterness. 

Dense flavors of milk chocolate, blueberry and clove mingle harmoniously to create this deep, rich and expressive wine. 

This is the 3rd vintage we’ve stocked from winemaker Andrew Jones. His Wonderwall Pinot Noir offers great value, using fruit from well-placed vineyards along the Pacific Coast. Telltale flavors of red cherry, black tea and cola permeate the palate. Jammy, yet light on its feet, food pairing possibilities are endless. Coq Au Vin or Chicken Marbella would be nice!

Beginning with a flavorful surge of fruity aromatics and hoppy, grapefruit notes (Amarillo hops), this complex, straw-colored ale finishes long, dry and spicy. 

An exceptionally smooth, dark, German Pilsener. Thanks to only the best ingredients this dark refreshes like a true lager beer. It has a rich smooth taste and a lingering slightly sweet aftertaste. The delicate aroma and extraordinary coloration result from a careful barley malt roasting process.

With a touch of coriander and sea salt, you can say this beer was Triton-born. We made a Gose out of Athena and we’re calling it Tritonia. Cucumber & Lime.

8.2% Space Dust :: A Totally Nebular IPA. Great Western premium two-row, combined with c-15 and Dextri-Pils, give this beer a bright and galactic Milky Way hue. The hopping is pure starglow energy, with Chinook to bitter and late and dry additions of Citra and Amarillo. Space Dust is out of this world, with 62 IBU, and 7.2% ABV.

A Handcrafted sangria that’s refreshing,full-bodied and strong (15%). Tap into the authentic flavors of Swashbuckler Sangria that delivers an abundance of fresh oranges, lemons and wonderful herbs and spices that not only persists, but excels over ice.

Nothing refreshes you more than this naturally cloudy wheat beer with its wonderful yeasty fragrance and taste. Goes well with dishes that do not have too intensive a flavour.

Island Haze is a year - round, juicy IPA with intense tropical flavors. Using an experimental yeast that naturally creates passion fruit and guava aromas, we then dry hop and add pineapple and grapefruit purees to create a hoppy fruit punch.

We add organic toasted coconut flakes, caramelized dates, and vanilla beans to create a beer so good, even Chief Sawnee would hide it in his cave.
